Why Fruit Wines?

Harker’s Organics brokers for 15 Organic Growers in the Similkameen Valley. The addition of a fruit winery allows the Harker’s and their growers to have somewhat of an insurance policy. The winery allows us to give a return to growers on product that is perfect for making wine, but not to sell on the fresh fruit market. Rustic Roots also allows the Harker’s to promote sustainable local wine, while preserving local food.
